Victoria "Torie" Rose Harris

March 23, 2010 - February 3, 2022

Victoria "Torie" Rose Harris, 11 of Zanesville, died, Thursday, February 3, 2022, at her home following injuries sustained following a fire. She was born Tuesday, March 23, 2010, in Columbus, the daughter of Arthur Harris and Ruth (DeCaro) Harris, and was a member of Zanesville Bible Methodist Church. Torie was a very special child. She loved going to church and loved the Lord. She enjoyed spending time working on her tablet, and all the time she spent with her family. Torie's favorite foods were pizza, McDonald's chicken nuggets and sweet tea. Like her mother, she had a wonderful personality, and when she entered a room she brightened up the room with her smile. Torie is survived by her father: Arthur Harris, one brother: Matthew Harris; paternal grandparents: Robert & Helen DeCaro; two aunts: Elizabeth DeCaro and Donna Rupe; four uncles: Richard & Brandy Rupe, Michael Harris, Kenny Harris and Dru & Melanie McClelland; two aunts: Heather Dawn Harris and Cassandra (Tony) Ingram and several cousins. Torie’s mother: Ruth Harris also succumbed from injuries following the fire; Torie was preceded in death paternal grandmother: Betty Harris, and her fraternal grandmother: Marge DeCaro Calling hours will be 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Friday, February 11, 2022, at Zanesville Bible Methodist Church, 925 Grove Road, Zanesville. Funeral Services for Torie and her mother will be held 12:00 Noon, Saturday, February 12, 2022, at the church with Pastors Titus Byer and William Blair officiating.
