Sandra I. Hines, 73 of Zanesville, passed away, Friday, April 15, 2022 at her home. She was born Tuesday, June 1, 1948 in Zanesville, the daughter of William Manning and Frances (Reed) Manning. She was married to Larry Hines in 1967 who survives. Sandra was a Christian by faith and with her husband they ran Franks Bar and Grill for many years. She was a loving wife mother, grandmother, and friend; she will be greatly missed. In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Tammy Jean Hasselberger, of Zanesville, one son Terry Wayne (Jill) Hines of Columbus; six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, one brother, Tom (Dottie) Manning and one sister, Jean Quinn all from Zanesville, and several nieces, nephews and extended family. Per Sandra’s wishes a cremation and a private family memorial service will take place at a later date.
