Norman L. Hasselberger, 48 of Zanesville died peacefully at his home 9:30 PM, Friday, July 1, 2016, follow a courageous battle with cancer. He was born August 31, 1967 in Fort Bragg, N.C. the son of Robert “Bob” & Linda (Adams) Hasselberger. He married the love of this life, Tammy J. (Hines) Hasselberger on May 20th 2009. Norman proudly served his country as a veteran of the United States Army. He greatly enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle and was a member of H.O.G. (Harley Owners Group). Norman was a huge Ohio State Buckeye Fan who tailgated regularly at the games. Norman greatly enjoyed the time he spent with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was a “great” grandfather to all of his grandchildren. Norman is survived by his parents: Bob & Linda Hasselberger of Zanesville; wife of the home: Tammy Hasselberger; one son: Pavin Hasselberger of Saraland, AL; stepchildren: Brittany Hiles, Joshua (Wesley Jenkins) Valentine and Johnny Lloyd all of Zanesville, Jennifer Lloyd of Cleveland and Amber (Shawn) Rhinebolt of Zanesville; several grandchildren; one brother: Marty (Pam) Hasselberger; one sister: Vicki (Tony Mills) Baker both of Zanesville; a nephew, nieces, many friends, his best friend: Mark (Candy) Mauller; his mother & father-in-law: Larry & Sandy Hines both of Zanesville; a brother-in-law: Terry Hines of Columbus and his beloved and devoted pets: Chan & Daisy. Per Norman’s wishes no services will be held and cremation has been chosen.
